Quiet atmosphere, quiet hotel, it has magnificent location close enough to most attractions and the Jewish quarter as well as the old town and price of the accomodation. All the staff is really helpful and is engaged to make your stay really comfortable! The units are brand-new, reasonably large. Recommend this property, loved our stay here.

The WiFi provided in the rooms is not strong enough for smooth video streaming, which can be a bit frustrating for guests relying on it for entertainment.

I stayed here for 3 nights, the hotel was quiet, with good and magnificent location adjacent to all attractions, Auschwitz and Wieliczka, and food shops and restaurants. The room was not only brand-new, but tidy too, and had an individual safe, climate control, tea and coffee making equipment. I truly enjoyed the view of street. The check-in was smooth and the atmosphere was quiet overall. Late check-out was useful.

We had a fantastic stay at this centrally located room in the heart of the Old Town. The convenience of being just a short walk away from all the attractions was a major plus. The room itself was clean and had all the necessities we needed for our stay. The hosts were friendly and helpful, providing us with excellent restaurant recommendations. We especially loved the coffee and tea set that was provided in the room.

We did encounter some minor issues with the towels not being very clean.

I stayed at 7 Heaven Elegant Rooms for a weekend getaway. The video guide they sent before my arrival was a helpful touch. The room was clean and had a comfy bed. I loved having a coffee machine and kettle in the room. The best part was the location, only a 7-minute walk from the main square and close to a convenience shop and tram stop.

Our favorite stay during our Poland trip. Everything smelled great. Bathroom? Great. Bed? Hallway? Looks very new and well renovated. Best of all? Fully equipped coffee station with as much coffee as you can drink. Comfortable beds? Yes, comfy AF. Location also perfect. Would stay again and definitely recommend.

Room window was looking parking/other hotel service area. Since room is at ground level, whoever passing through you are coming face to face unless you totally keep curtains shut all day.

As a traveler looking for a conveniently located hotel, 7 Heaven Elegant Rooms was perfect for my stay in the Old Town. Within 5 minutes, I could easily reach the pickup point for the Auschwitz and Wieliczka Salt Mine tours. The room was cozy and had a TV with Netflix. The clear check-in instructions, with a YouTube video guide, made the process smooth and the responsive hosts were very helpful. Additionally, having a restaurant next door serving good breakfast and lunch was a great bonus.

Great location! Just a short walk to the Main Square and Kazmierz. The room was clean and new, with a comfortable bed and a lovely bathroom. I loved the cute little desk built into the window sill. They provided tea, coffee, sugar, kettle, and cutlery. Easy self check-in. Highly recommend!
